Rachel started Trenza when she realized that there were very few spaces in which Latina's could own and produce fashion, beauty, and creative endeavors. She felt that her community had the resources and capital to build a space in which the community could recognize the immense power within. Rachel's background is in fashion, consumer purchasing behaviors, oragnization and community development, and entrepreneurship.
CMO + COO
Analisa controls our event marketing funnel. She’s been able to align the Trenza brand from Spotify to BuzzFeed, all while building innovative programming to connect our community on the ground. She believes strongly in the power of the digital world and media, particularly Latinx's role in owning space in it. Her experience in growing brands through content management, and project development give her a unique perspective on collecting and analyzing data.
